NeyroAI / UDST Whitepaper
1. Project overview
NeyroAI is developing a multi-agent AI service environment for research, business strategy, analytics, communication and workflow automation. The customer-facing service and payment integration remain under development.
2. The role of UDST
UDST is intended to become a payment method for eligible AI services after their launch. It is not represented as a bank deposit, a fiat-backed stablecoin, or an investment product promising returns. No exchange-rate peg, redemption right or guaranteed value is claimed.
3. Networks and contracts
New Ethereum ERC-20 and TRON TRC-20 addresses are listed on the official token page. Contract metadata, supplies, permissions and cross-chain allocation require final verification before a definitive tokenomics table is published.
4. Rebranding and migration
The project is preparing to transition its NAI token identity to UDST. Snapshot rules, eligibility, conversion ratio, execution mechanism, holder instructions, timelines and treatment of old tokens remain to be determined and publicly announced. Publishing a new contract does not transfer any existing holdings.
5. Platform development
Planned functionality includes AI-assisted research, structured analysis, strategy workflows, content support and responsible automation. Access controls, product availability, prices and payment integrations will be described when tested and ready.
6. Risks and limitations
Smart-contract vulnerabilities, network fees, market volatility, custody errors, migration scams, software delays, regulatory changes and loss of token value are material risks. AI outputs may be inaccurate and require human review. No profit or investment return is guaranteed.
7. Governance and updates
Material changes will be published on the official website and linked social channels. The project will provide technical migration details and verified supply data before requesting final listing changes.
